It’s that time of the year again when we sneak away from the house and sit outside, selling trees as Jim drinks beer.
We start selling trees on Friday, November 25 (the day after Thanksgiving), but before we begin this year, we need to do a few things ahead of time.
Thursday, November 24, the morning of Thanksgiving, is the final lot set up where we put the trees out and do some finishing touches on the lot. Be there at 9AM.
Whoever offered at last meeting to do Saturday Mornings, please contact Jim Williams as he did not get your contact info.
We need help working the lot. All days need some help, email Jim your contact info, and when you are available and he will send it to the captain of that day. Kids 14 and up who need service hours or just want to help are welcome and needed. Jim’s getting to old to haul trees out. The best days for teens are Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
Also, here is a flyer that you can print out and distribute to friends, family and coworkers to spread the news that the tree lot is back for another exciting year of getting sap and pine needles everywhere.
